Don't wait for external circumstances to shape your path

In a world that is changing rapidly, success is no longer just a matter of knowledge or experience. It is a matter of adaptability, courage, and the ability to stay true to yourself!

Introduceyourself in few words..

My name is Natasha Kumcheva and I am Chief HR Officer at LimeChain – one of the leading companies in the world for blockchain and Web3 development. We help businesses and leaders build decentralized products, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 innovations.

Tellus what the philosophy and values of the company you work forare at the moment?

The mission of the company is to build the future together – we create, explore, and develop blockchain solutions that bring value, and we do this with high standards, strength of character, care, integrity, and a continuous pursuit of development.

We value open communication, support, the freedom to express your ideas, and we believe in acting and taking initiative instead of waiting for external factors.

How long have you beenworking at the current company? What are the main motivating factors that keep you in it?

I have been with the company since the beginning of 2025, relatively recently, but even so, I have already found a very strong connection with the mission and the people here. What keeps me are the incredible professionals, I work with every day, and the opportunity to create a sustainable, evolving environment where everyone has a voice and the opportunity to grow.

If you had to recommendthe company to your acquaintances or friends, what would you share with them to attracttheir attention?

I would tell them, that the company is a place where they will find an amazing team and culture, the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, and the freedom to learn and grow. Here they will find real support and technological challenges that are worth solving. We value not only the end result, but also the effort, ideas, and persistence of everyone in the team.

What does your company do to organize a constructive and beneficial working environment for everyone? Should we be friends with our colleagues?

The company builds a culture of growth, trust, open communication, and  an environment where people have the opportunity to innovate and upgrade their skills and knowledge. Our selection process is extremely careful, and we look for people who love to solve technological problems, who will feel good in the dynamics of Web3 and will identify with the culture of LimeChain. We believe that when people are friends, the work is more exciting, which is why we invest a lot in building relationships between people, but most importantly, we work together with respect, empathy, and a shared purpose as  the foundation for a strong team and sustainable development.

Tellus a little more about your responsibilities in the company. What makes you enjoy going to work? How do you handle difficult and stressful moments?

My role is to build and develop people and processes in the company – from talent management and leadership to culture and engagement. What inspires me the most is the feeling that every effort creates real change. In difficult moments, I rely on the strong team around me, our clear vision, and my own resilience.

What work model does your company follow – office or remote? What are the advantages in your specific case and position?

We work in a hybrid model, which combines the best of both worlds – personal interaction in the office and the flexibility of remote work. For me, personal contact and interaction with colleagues are particularly important for building a stable working environment, trust and mutual development. I love being in the office most days because I believe, that the best ideas and the strongest connections are created through live communication.

What have you managedto upgrade the most seriously in your work during your time in this company?

I have only been here for four months, but I have significantly developed my strategic thinking and ability to create working processes that serve people rather than limit them. I have learned to look ahead with confidence and see opportunities even in the biggest challenges.

How important is hierarchy and what does it mean for you?

In the company, we believe more in trust, openness, and competence than in formal hierarchy. For me, it is most important that everyone has the opportunity to contribute regardless of their position, to feel valued and satisfied with their contribution.

What is your career advice for all people who are building a strategy for their professional development?

My advice is: do not wait for external circumstances to shape your path. Be active, seek opportunities to learn, be brave to ask for more for yourself – and do not forget that persistence and belief in your own abilities are invaluable. Everyone manages their own career – the direct supervisor and we from HR are there to support and guide, but the choice of direction is a personal responsibility.

And finally, I would summarize, that in a world that is changing rapidly, success is no longer just a matter of knowledge or experience. It is a matter of adaptability, courage, and the ability to stay true to yourself. I believe that true professional resilience is built with persistence, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace change as an opportunity.
