If your profession exhausts and emotionally robs you, it’s not for you

Do not seek success, because you will not find it. Create it by building the best version of yourself - every day and according to your inner compass!
Introduce yourself
in a few words..
My name is Darina
Marinovaa and I have been working in
Human Resources for over 7 years. Outside of work, I am a curious explorer of
the world in its diversity and variability. I believe that through peaceful dialogue we achieve
much more than with all the weapons in the world. The driving force for me has always been
the support of others on their path to success and the belief in their own strengths and
capabilities.
How would you describe your career in a few words?
A very
dynamic entity with career twists, exciting meetings and acquaintances, and
unforgettable moments. A personal growth without end 😊
How can a person understand which profession is suitable for him?
This is the
activity that gives meaning to you as a person and corresponds to your inner stimuli and
understandings of life. The profession should complement and lead to progress for a
person, uplifting them both as an individual and as a professional. If it exhausts and
emotionally robs you, then you are not on your path. For me, the suitable profession is
that activity which brings you genuine satisfaction and for which you have ignited the spark in at least one person.
Which skills according to You will be key in the next 10 years?
For me, these are
critical thinking, ever-alert intuition, emotional intelligence, and
adaptability, while, of course, not forgetting about one’s own identity and
authenticity.
How to recognize a toxic work environment and when is it time to leave?
The time to
leave the toxic environment is now, at this moment and without delay. The poison from the outside
can quickly take over us completely and before we know it, we have dissolved into
the toxicity, even starting to embody it.
How to maintain our motivation in times of stagnation?
Every day is
different and we also change. We cannot expect an unceasing
daily motivation, but we must know that if we want to keep moving forward,
we must skillfully manage time, will, and faith. Without them, we will become
observers of our own life, while we are destined for something else - the main
role 😊.
When is it time to change our career, not just the job?
This moment is
easy to feel and at the same time complex to understand and accept. In an ideal
reality, opportunities will find you and appear when you are
fully prepared. However, in life, the course of development is not a straight line, always pointing
forward and upward. Changing the career path raises numerous questions and doubts that
we must answer honestly and openly, so that we can boldly embark on the path
that is destined for us.
If you had to give just one piece of advice to people who are seeking success, what would it be?
Do not seek
success, because you will not find it. Create it by building the
best version of yourself - every day and according to your inner compass.
