Introduce yourself in a few sentences..

Hello! I am Kiril Nazurov, sales director at Talent Group, one of the leading recruitment agencies in Bulgaria. With extensive experience in team management and strategic planning, I believe that the success of a business is based on strong relationships and the development of people.

What did you dream of becoming in your childhood?

In my childhood, I dreamed of becoming an engineer, attracted by technology and innovation. However, life directed me to the world of business and sales, where I discovered my true passion – connecting people and ideas.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us an interesting story.

I earned my first money at the age of 18, as I decided that the best solution for me was to go on a student brigade in England. It was an unforgettable summer, filled with new friendships, cultural experiences, and important lessons about independence and hard work. I worked in a restaurant where I learned how important it is to be organized and efficient in a dynamic environment. One day, when one of my colleagues fell ill suddenly, I had to take over his shift, even though I had little experience in that role. I managed to handle it successfully, thanks to my quick thinking and adaptability, which earned me recognition from the manager and respect from the other employees. This incident showed me that with perseverance and desire, you can overcome any challenge.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an early age and form our interests? What is Your recipe for curiosity, sources, and wells of information and inspiration at this stage of our human development?

The main factors that shape us are education, family, and social circles. My curiosity came from reading books and attending training courses. I believe that the pursuit of self-improvement and investing in knowledge is the key to success.

Has there been any significant change in your perceptions In more mature age about what motivates you to do or not do something?

As I grew older, I realized that my motivation does not come only from financial success, but also from the satisfaction I feel when helping others achieve their goals. I became more aware of my own values and how they influence my decisions.

Whose decision was it where to pursue higher education and what to study? Was that decision correct, looking back today?

The decision regarding the choice of higher education was made entirely by me, and I am grateful that my parents provided me with this chance  at the age of 17 to assess and make such an important decision in my life. I graduated in business administration, which provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to tackle the challenges in my career.

I am interested in marketing, technology, and ethics in business. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, travel, and engage in sports, which helps me stay in good shape.

Would you change your profession today and which areas of activity capture Your interest?

At the moment, I would not change my profession, but I am interested in areas such as entrepreneurship and innovation. The opportunity to create new projects and work with talented people has always been my dream.

It is said that your personal brand is everything that people say about You when you are not in the room with them. How would you describe your personal brand?

My personal brand is built on the principles of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to clients and colleagues. I strive to be a leader who inspires and supports my team while demonstrating high standards of work and ethics.
