Introduce yourself with a few sentences..

I say myself Rositsa Kavazova and I am a lawyer with many years of practice in the field of tax and customs law. I possess solid legal training, supplemented with education in the specialty „Accounting and control“. This unique combination of legal and financial knowledge allows me to provide precise and effective legal assistance, especially in cases, related to commercial law, tax assessment and financial disputes. I believe in the law as a tool for justice and I am dedicated to the protection of the interests of my clients with responsibility, dedication and professionalism.

What did you dream to become in your childhood years?

Also from a young age I wanted to become a lawyer. I liked the idea to defend people and to stand up for their rights . With time this childhood dream turned into a goal and today I live its realization.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us some curious incident?

The first money I earned at 17 years, when I worked as a waitress during the summer. I remember how the first tip from a satisfied couple brought me great joy — not only because of the money, but because I felt appreciation for my effort . This job taught me to be patient, organized and careful with people — skills, which today are irreplaceable in the legal profession.

Who are the main factors and examples, that build us as a person in early age and shape our interests? What is your recipe for curiosity, sources and resources of information and inspiration in this stage of human development?

The family and the school environment have a huge importance. Curiosity in me has always been a leading – I loved to read books, to ask questions and to participate in debates. It is this that shaped my critical thinking.

Has there been any significant difference in your perceptions of what motivates you to do or not something?

Yes, with time a person starts to value the peace and effectiveness more than the pace. Motivation me has shifted from achieving the “result“ to achieving the “value“.

Whose was the decision where to follow higher education and what to study? Correct was this decision, viewed towards today's date?

The decision was entirely mine, although I did not encounter full approval from the side of my parents . They preferred a sure or „a female“ profession, but I was firmly determined to follow the law. I believed, that exactly there is my place. Today, with confidence I can say, that I made the right choice – not just professionally, but also life .

Share with us more about your interests, knowledge, skills and hobbies?

Outside the profession I find pleasure in mountaineering, crossfit and traveling  – they help me maintain the balance between the mind and the body. I am interested in psychology and communication skills, which complement my legalpractice.

Would you change your profession today and which areas of activity grab your interest?

No. The legal profession is not only my profession, but also my calling. If however I had been a lawyer, probably I would have worked in the field of education or psychology.

They say, that the personal brand is everything that people say about you, when you are not with them in one room. What would you like to hear today?

I am an honest person, who  can trust.A professional and a good person. This for me is the most-important business card.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability and flexibility are key conditions for success over the last few years. How do you handle the daily challenges of life, to be in good shape and mood?

S planning internal discipline and emotional awareness. Sport, the time with the family and the conscious breathing are my little secrets for balance.

What are the most-important conclusions, that you have made so far for maintaining the right communication with the view of the different characters of the people, that you meet every day  – colleagues, friends, close ones?

I learned to listen actively and not to rush with assessments. Respect for the differences is key to harmony in professional and personal plan.

What do you think about money? What is its influence on your life ? What is your advice to people, who often ask themselves questions, related to money and how much is enough for them?

Money is a means, but not a goal. They give freedom, but not and happiness. My advice is: work on what you love, money will come after this.

What is the most-valuable career advice, that you would give to people?

Never do compromise with yourself . Build your principles and follow – professionalism and integrity always pay off.
