HR, but above all a person and a pacifist, believing in the good in people, in dialogue and peaceful resolution of conflicts. Especially in the 21st century.

What did you dream of becoming in your childhood years?

Dentist, and later a lawyer. In high school, I developed an interest in the field of human resources, where I work today. Interestingly, all my career aspirations for myself are related to support and help provided to other people, as well as caring for them.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us an interesting story?

I started my first job in 12th grade for 4 hours in an office. One of the first things I did was to hang the national flag on the facade of the office with my colleague. A little later, the tricolor appeared on the other administrative buildings in the area.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an early age and form our interests? What is your recipe for curiosity, sources of information, and inspiration at this stage of our human development?

A small child is like a blank sheet of paper, on which it is very important to carefully choose what and how to write or draw. In this sense, the family is the first authority from which everything begins. I started reading at 5 years old, completely independently at 6, I had my own library with books and puzzles... All of this at an early age built an unceasing curiosity about the world, nature, and people as part of the cycle of life.

Share with us more about your interests, knowledge, skills, and hobbies..

I am excited about everything I know nothing about, which surrounds us and influences our lives. By reading numerous children's encyclopedias as a child, I developed critical and logical thinking, imagination, and love for the planet of which we are a part. My hobby to this day is assembling puzzles, walking amidst the beauty and tranquility of the mountains, and admiring the endless sea expanse 😊

 

Would you change your profession today and which fields of activity capture your interest?

No, I would not change my profession. It is a very vast field, unfortunately often misunderstood, underestimated, or neglected. Nevertheless, working with people requires daily attention, tolerance, understanding, and love.

What do you think about money? What is their influence on your life? What is your advice to people who often ask themselves questions related to money and how sufficient they are?

In the material world we live in, it is naive to think that we can survive without money. For myself, I have decided to strive for activities that bring me energy and development, and money comes as a consequence of that. They are not my end goal and should not be for anyone. How sufficient they are should be something everyone can determine for themselves and manage to suppress greed and the consumerist way of life that tries to tempt us every day.

What is the most valuable career advice you would give to people?

To practice daily self-reflection and openly ask themselves what they are engaged in. Under no circumstances should they start a job just because something is trendy, would bring them a lot of money, or prestige, if they do not identify with that activity. They should close their eyes and imagine themselves in that job in 15-20 years. What would they feel?
