Introduce yourself
in a few sentences..
My name is Vesela Semova and I have been part of the team at Advance Valuations for 17 years,
where I am responsible for marketing and communications in a broader sense. My role is not
just to build a brand – it is to tell the story of our expertise,
the trust we earn, and the people behind the company's name. Every day is a new
opportunity to inspire, inform, and connect the business with the right messages.
How many years have you completed in the company? How do you feel in it and what does this stage mean for You?
I am completing 17 years in the company – almost adulthood! 😊 For me, this is not just time, but an experience with
much satisfaction – personally and professionally. I feel like part of a living
organism that evolves with the pace of time but keeps a steady pulse. This
stage is a sign of resilience, inspiration, and strong belonging.
What are the most memorable
moments or achievements from your time here so far?
There are many, but some really stand out – the first corporate website that evolved into
a corporate standard; positioning as a strong, recognizable player;
international partnerships that broke down the barriers to our opportunities. But
what stands out the most? The smiles and satisfaction of colleagues when they see that
our collective efforts yield results and the confidence that we are a market leader.
What motivates you
to stay and develop specifically in this organization?
The people. The culture. The freedom to create.
Here I have never been just a “marketing manager” – I have been an inspirer,
strategist, or as my colleagues say, “Manager of Happiness.” The organization gave me not
just a role, but a stage to express my ideas and see how they turn into
reality. This symbiosis between trust and professional challenge makes me
want more.
How has your
professional path changed from the first day until now – and what has it taught you?
I started as a person who “writes texts and makes designs.” Now I think in brand
strategies, customer experiences, and reputation management. I learned patience,
consistency, and how sometimes the best results come from small,
smart steps – not from grand gestures. My path is reflected in the growth of the company itself.
What are your
aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part
of?
I want to continue building not just a strong brand, but a meaningful one. To make
sure that the company is not only a leader in expert evaluations but also a symbol of
reliability, innovation, and human touch. For myself – I want to be a driver,
who continues to inspire. For the team – to create together things we
are proud of. And for the company – to always be one step ahead of expectations.
