I am most proud of the trust I have earned over the years

Hello, my name is Dimitar Trendafilov and I am the Commercial Director (Bulgaria) at Clock AD – company, where I have been working for 18 years. I started my professional journey here as a Sales Representative, and today I have the privilege and responsibility to lead the commercial activities in the Bulgarian market. This is a journey that has shaped me not only as a specialist but also as a person with vision and values.

Turning 18 years in this organization for me is not just a statistic – it is adulthood in a professional sense. I feel part of a stable, developing, and meaningful place where every step has mattered. This stage is a symbol of dedication, hard work, and growth – both personally and as a team. I believe that long-term loyalty has value when it is supported by a constant striving for better.

Among the most memorable moments in my career here are my first successfully closed major partnership, as well as the moment I became part of the management team. But what makes me most proud is building strong, cohesive teams and the trust I have earned over the years – both from colleagues and clients. True achievements are not measured only in results, but in the people who walk with you along the way.

I stayed in the company, because here there is an environment where efforts are recognized, people matter, and challenges bring value. My motivation comes from the feeling that my work makes sense and contributes to a real result – both for the business and for the people in it. Every new day here is an opportunity to do something meaningful and different.

My journey from the first day to today has been filled with lessons – I learned how important it is to listen, to be patient, but also decisive, to believe in yourself, but also in the people around you. I learned that leadership is not a position, but a responsibility and a daily choice. To lead means to be a support, especially in moments when it is most difficult.

In the future, I want to continue to develop – both as a professional and as a leader. For myself – I want to be more effective, flexible, and inspiring.
