I believe that the best is yet to come and maybe today is the beginning of it

I am Mirena Kerezova and I am a marketing expert with over 12 years of experience. At the beginning of 2023, I founded the agency Atom Family, which is engaged in comprehensive marketing services, focusing on video production and brand development on social media.

How do you feel on your birthday and what do you associate with the beginning of this new personal year for you?

Today, while working with colleagues in the yard, I feel wonderful - inspired and motivated! For me, this time of year is quite difficult both professionally and personally, but I believe that the best is yet to come. And maybe today is the beginning of it!

Which moment from the past year would you define as the most meaningful or transformative in a personal and/or professional sense?

I don't think there is one specific moment. Over the past 12 months, I have learned many lessons, especially about managing a business.

What career goals do you set for your new life year?

Mainly to develop an even better team, which is of course related to my personal growth as a manager.

What is the most valuable career lesson that life has taught you so far?

Maybe that there is nothing at any cost. Every ambition has a limit and even if you want to reach somewhere very much, sometimes circumstances beyond your control happen. And there are projects that are better to “let go” to give a chance to others.

What do you wish for yourself and what would you like to inspire in others through your personal example?

I wish to be surrounded by meaningful people with whom to build something, not just to work. I believe that throughout all the years I have been training and helping young professionals to develop, I manage to inspire them with my willingness to give at least a little more than is asked. And that creates a snowball effect!
