My name is Radi Radev and as of April 1, 2025, I am the managing director of ARCO REAL ESTATE. I have been in the industry since 2008, moving through the positions of consultant, team manager, and commercial director.

How many years have you completed in the company? How do you feel in it and what does this stage mean for You?
I have almost two years – a period in which I became convinced that the people and values here completely match my ideas of integrity, professionalism, and development. The promotion is recognition for the work done and a serious responsibility to the team.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

• We optimized the service for sellers, adding value-added services.
• An introductory program that guides new brokers through 30 specific steps for a successful start in real estate.
• We built a rich company calendar of training, team buildings, and “Open House” initiatives that unite the team and maintain high motivation.
• We were among the most active participants at key events in the industry. Our internal events also generate interest from other market participants, such an event is the presentation of exclusive new buildings under construction.
• We introduced a new CRM, fully aligned with the processes in the company.
• The company is growing faster than real inflation – proof that the adopted strategy yields sustainable results.

What motivates you to stay and develop specifically in this organization?
The freedom to turn my vision into concrete solutions for clients, the support of the team, and the opportunity to implement innovations that make transactions more transparent and secure.

How has your professional path changed from day one until now – and what has it taught you?
Today I work significantly more consciously – a quality that brings both pros and responsibility. The most valuable lessons came from the mistakes for which I took full responsibility; they taught me to listen carefully, to make data-driven decisions, and to build a culture of open sharing and correction.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company of which you are a part?

• Personally: to continue developing leaders around me and to turn our consultants into even stronger professionals.
• For the team and the company: to remain the first choice for clients and a desired workplace for the most talented in the sector, while maintaining a culture of learning, ethics, and high added value in every transaction.
