I would like to inspire others through my personal example
· Galina Manolova
True growth comes precisely when you embrace challenges as opportunities!
On June 18, 2025, the birthday is celebrated by:
My name is Galina Manolova and I am the recruitment manager of
one of the teams at the company Elevate.
How do you feel on your birthday and what do you associate
with the beginning of this new personal year for you?
On my birthday, I feel both excited
and grateful. This is a moment when I look back at everything I have experienced over
the past year – the lessons, the joys, the difficulties – and I realize how much
I have grown as a person. I associate the beginning of the new personal year with new
hopes and plans. For me, this is like an internal recharge – a time to focus on what
matters and to move forward with more awareness
and inspiration.
Which moment from the past year would you define as
the most meaningful or transformative in personal and/or professional terms?
The most meaningful moment from the past year for me was
when I dared to step out of my comfort zone and take on a new
professional commitment that at first glance seemed risky. This
decision showed me how important it is to believe in oneself, even when the path
forward is not entirely clear. On a personal level, it taught me patience and resilience
– values that I also carried into my work. This period transformed me because
I realized that true growth comes precisely when you embrace
challenges as opportunities.
What career goals do you set for your new life
year?
In my new life year, I aim to
build on what I have already achieved and expand my expertise in the field in which
I work. I strive for more strategic thinking, sustainable results, and
development of both my personal skills and the team I work with. In addition,
I would like to give more space to mentoring – to support young
professionals who are just discovering their path. For me, success is not just
personal advancement, but also what you leave behind.
What is the most valuable career lesson that life has
given you so far?
The most valuable career lesson I have received so far is
that sustainable success does not come from being the best at everything, but from being
consistent, open to change, and respecting the people you work with.
I learned that the ability to listen, to seek solutions rather than blame, and to stay
true to your values is often more important than any technical knowledge.
The professional path is not always linear, but every turn holds an opportunity –
as long as you have the eyes to see it and the courage to seize it. I increasingly rely on
the mantra – “Be yourself and believe in the good!”.
What do you wish for yourself and what would you like to inspire in
others through your personal example?
I always start with a wish for health, because even
if it sounds cliché, it is the most important. I also wish to continue to develop with
an open heart and mind – to never stop learning, dreaming, and acting with purpose.
I would like to inspire others to believe more in themselves
and in the power of perseverance through my personal example. I believe that the greatest
change starts from small steps – from being a good person, working with dedication, and not
giving up, even when it is hard. If I can show someone that it is possible to
follow your path with a strong desire and motivation, as well as courage, that would be a
true achievement for me.
