Introduce yourself in a few sentences..

My name is Atanas Neychev and I am Head of Technology at SRT Fairs. My work encompasses the technological part of event organization – from project management, through providing technical support, to advising colleagues and clients on the secure and effective use of digital devices.

How many years have you been with the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage mean for you?

I have been part of the company for four years now. For me, this is an important stage because it shows how much one can change and grow within a few years, as long as there is a clear direction and trust from the team. I feel at home – both professionally and personally.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

The most memorable moments are related to the transition from working on virtual events to taking on the overall technological coordination in the company. Over time, I began to be responsible not only for specific projects but also for technical processes that facilitate all operational activities. This growth is a personal achievement that brings me joy and motivation.

What motivates you to stay and develop specifically in this organization?

I am motivated by the feeling that my work has results and impact. I have the freedom to propose solutions that are taken into account, as well as the opportunity to learn and apply new technologies in a real environment. Mutual respect and team support are also among the main reasons I continue to develop here.

How has your professional path changed from day one until now – and what has it taught you?

I started as a coordinator focused on virtual events, as I have many years of experience with them. Over time, I took on more responsibilities, gradually becoming the main technical person who provides both project management and internal technical expertise. I learned to combine quick solutions with technical precision and to think strategically. I also learned that everyone has an individual approach to technology, so communication is extremely important.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part of?

I strive to continue expanding my knowledge in the field of events with best practices in IT project management. I want to contribute to even greater technological stability in the daily work of the team, as well as to help the company make smart technological decisions that lead to efficiency and sustainable growth.
