My desire is for my personal example to inspire at least one young person
· Georgi Bebechev

The most valuable career lessons are humility and the ability to listen to everyone, because there is something you can learn from each person.
On May 25, 2025, I celebrate my birthday:
My name is
Georgi Bebechev, I am engaged in a variety of activities – perhaps as a true
representative of the Gemini zodiac, this helps me to be constantly engaged with
different projects and never to be bored from a work perspective. My main
activity is managing the company Ital-Tex, a franchisee with 21
stores in Bulgaria from Terranova and Calliope. I have
interests in the international transport business, as well as in the RES sector. With
my wife, 13 years ago we created the project Orsetti Pasticceria, which has become the
sweetest part of our business – currently I have two pastry shops in Sofia and
we continue to delight our customers, giving them a daily dose of pleasure. In
the non-profit sector, I am engaged as a member of the board of directors of
the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, as well as at the rugby club NSA.
How do you feel on your birthday and what do you associate
with the beginning of this new personal year for you?
On my birthday,
I feel wonderful because I know that tonight I will celebrate with my
friends, who are an important part of my life and my growth as a
person.
Which moment from the past year would you define as
the most meaningful or transformative in personal and/or professional terms?
Every single
year for me is filled with meaning, not due to specific achievements or a new
job position but because each passing year introduces me to new people and
confronts me with new situations, and each such encounter helps me learn
something new and develop as a person, always seeking the good and the meaning
of doing good without expecting anything in return.
What career goals do you set for your new life
year?
To achieve
the most important career development - that is, to be able to pay more
attention to myself and my family.
What is the most valuable career lesson that life has
given you so far?
Humility and
the ability to listen to everyone, because there is something you can learn
from each person. The presumption that you hold a managerial position sometimes
clouds our vision and we think we know a lot, while in fact the only thing we
need to know is that we know nothing.
What do you wish for yourself and what would you like to
inspire in others through your personal example?
My desire is
for my personal example to inspire at least one young person and make them better
and more responsible towards their colleagues, their employer, the state, and society.
