Only those who have given up have not succeeded in achieving their dreams and goals

On June 3, 2025, I celebrate my birthday:

My name is Aseniya Ruseva, I am a co-founder and I work at the software company Mubi Software Company, which develops software, various web products and services for businesses, such as online stores, websites, etc. Our expertise is in creating customized mobile applications, tailored to the needs of every business in every industry. My role is to manage the processes of our projects, as well as to develop our relationships with our wonderful future and current clients.

How do you feel on your birthday and what do you associate with the beginning of this new personal year for you?

I always feel wonderful on my birthday, life is a gift, so we must have the heart to live and celebrate it. Especially when it includes wonderful people, family, love, friends, and work that you love! I feel inspired, energized, and I am ready to greet every day and every year of my life with an open heart.

Which moment from the past year would you define as the most meaningful or transformative in a personal and/or professional sense?

My past year was quite dynamic, fulfilling, and saturated with personal and business events. And the most valuable was the beginning of our collaboration with wonderful business partners and many new friendships. In addition, we realized some truly great projects, for example, an exceptionally conceptual and innovative startup turned into a real profitable business, we created a mobile application that is a true masterpiece. 🙂

What career goals do you set for your new life year?

I have one goal - for our brand to be a recognizable number one company for mobile application development in Bulgaria. I am often asked why we do not work for external companies and for the foreign market, which is much easier and financially more profitable. The reason is that my personal mission is to help as many business owners as possible understand that technologies are not expensive, are not complicated, and are not inaccessible. This is especially true for small and medium businesses in Bulgaria, and only in this way can they place their business in the position it deserves in the digital world. There is no other way, this is already clear to everyone.

What is the most valuable career lesson that life has taught you so far?

I realized that the most profitable business model is in the interaction between us as businesses, honest partnership, and collaboration on projects. Because combining qualities for me  is the new way of doing successful business and when something is shared, it is always much more successful. We work this way and thus develop much faster.

What do you wish for yourself and what would you like to inspire in others through your personal example?

I wish to be healthy, me and all those I love. Otherwise, I would say, that only those who have given up have not succeeded in achieving their dreams and goals. And only inaction hinders development. So, act boldly, right now, whoever dreams of whatever. Our time is not unlimited, and there are so many wonderful moments in life that should not be missed. It is worth it.
