My name is Tanya Naydenova, commercial director at Adecco Bulgaria, part of the global family of the company. It provides services and comprehensive solutions in the field of human resources, and my role is related to managing business development, sales, and the commercial team in Bulgaria. My work is extremely dynamic, requiring a good understanding of the labor market, building sustainable partnerships, and providing a high level of services from our portfolio.

How many years have you been with the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage mean for you?

This year I am celebrating my 10th birthday in the company and I see it as a significant stage in my professional development. For me, this is not just an anniversary, but a symbol of growth, resilience, and dedication. Over the past years, the labor market has gone through numerous transformations, and I had the opportunity to observe them from the “front row.” Every change made me stronger, more flexible, and more confident. I believe that when you put your heart and perseverance into it, the results do not take long to arrive.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

I have many lessons learned and reasons to be proud – successful deals, long-term partnerships, excellent results. But the truth is that the brightest memories are from the difficult moments – those in which I received real support and a strong backing from my colleagues. At those times, we understood each other with a word, and I knew that I could always count on them. The true value of success lies in the team behind you – and I am fortunate to work with exceptional professionals and people.

What motivates you to stay and develop in this organization?

I learn every day. I was lucky to get to know hundreds of companies, meet inspiring people, and face a variety of cases. I have experienced joy, disappointment, inspiration, anxiety, and satisfaction – but from every situation, I have taken something valuable for myself.

How has your professional path changed from day one until now – and what has it taught you?

Ten years ago, I started as a sales consultant – with a lot of enthusiasm and a desire to prove myself. Gradually, I took over the management of part of the sales team, and today I am responsible for the entire sales force of the company in Bulgaria. To be effective, I had to deeply understand every aspect of the activity, learn to pass on knowledge, and build trust. I challenged myself repeatedly. This journey taught me patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part of?

I would like to continue learning, developing, and acquiring new skills. My generation is witnessing grand transformations – and the ability to adapt and embrace change remains key to success. I believe in the power of the team and know that I have wonderful colleagues beside me who make me go to work with a smile. I look forward to what the next 10 years will bring me. 😊
