The way we work is a mirror of ourselves

On June 2, 2025, celebrates a birthday:

My name is Stanislav Boyadzhiev and I am responsible for all processes related to logistics, (Distribution and 3PL), in position Director of Deliveries, at Orbico Bulgaria EOOD.

How do you feel on your birthday and what do you associate with the beginning of this new personal year for you?

I feel great. Wiser with another year, more knowledgeable and more capable. I associate the beginning of the year mainly with taking on my current position and my return to Bulgaria, after four years of accumulated experience managing our companies in North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania.

What moment from the past year would you define as most meaningful or transformative in personal and/or professional terms?

The whole year was very dynamic. Related to new projects in the countries I was responsible for, but also with quite a few challenges. In professional terms, it was the news of my return to Bulgaria and the new position, which is quite different from everything I have done so far. In personal terms, it was the start of something I have dreamed of for years and I believe that this year I will succeed in achieving it.

What career goals do you set for your new life year?

To succeed in building a great team that will achieve the goals that we and the company have set for ourselves. People in a business, like ours, are the most important and without them, we cannot achieve anything on our own.

What is the most valuable career lesson that life has presented to you so far?

There will always be someone who will ruin everything good, that has been achieved with a lot of hard work, in just a moment! It is our duty not to allow it!

What do you wish for yourself and what would you like to inspire in others through your personal example?

I wish to never lose my personal motivation for success and my “Why”. I would tell everyone – work in the best possible way, give your all, be an example for others and remember that the way we work is a mirror of ourselves. If you remember and adhere to these three main things, success will inevitably come, along with happiness. If we strongly believe in something and work to achieve it, it will happen.
