Time for Reflection: 4 Years of Growth and Inspiration
· Elena Stavreva

In a world where change is a daily occurrence and dynamics are everywhere, spending 4 years in one company is no small feat!
Introduce yourself
in a few sentences..
Hello! I am Elena Stavreva and I am QA Lead at Adeso Bulgaria. My work is related to ensuring the quality of software through planning, creating and executing tests that guarantee the reliability and stability of the system. I have mainly worked in German companies and I am happy to have been part of Adeso Bulgaria for 4 years now.
How many years
have you completed in the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage
mean for you?
In a world where
change is a daily occurrence and dynamics are everywhere, spending 4 years in one
company is no small feat. This is a time filled with growth, adaptation, and
challenges that have made me not just a better professional, but also a more
aware and responsible person. “Grow Together” is not just a slogan, but a shared
growth and mutual support, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and
collaboration.
What are the
most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?
It is no coincidence that people
say that true satisfaction comes when you work with desire and heart
– because the work you love does not weigh you down, but inspires you. From my first day in
the company until today, I have traveled a path that has taught me that when you are in the right
place, every step brings satisfaction. I had the opportunity to go through
the different stages of professional development, to recommend great candidates,
who are now part of the company, and to participate in company initiatives,
interviews, and corporate videos, which gave me another perspective - to
share values and to be the face of a culture that puts people first.
What motivates you
to stay and develop in this organization?
On one hand,
the fact that the employee is not just part of the structure, but a voice, a person of
importance, and that personal and professional results are as important as
knowledge transfer - something that brings me great satisfaction even today. Success
and a strong team are built with time, effort, and persistence – and the difficulties along
the way often turn out to be our best teachers.
How has your
professional path changed from the first day until now – and what has it taught you?
When I started,
I didn’t have much experience, but I was highly motivated and ambitious. I encountered
automated mobile testing in Java within my first few months in the company –
a challenge that pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me to adapt
quickly to new technologies and processes. The most valuable lesson I have learned so far is that work
is most enjoyable and productive when it is shared among a strong team that
knows how to communicate and smooth out the bumps along the way.
What are your
aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part
of?
Over time,
a person realizes that the balance between professional, personal, and social
roles is not a luxury – it is a necessity. True success comes when we do not
sacrifice one role for the sake of another, but strive for harmony between them
– even if it is not perfect every day. Because only when we are well in all
aspects of our lives can we give our best – at work, at home,
and in society.
Part of
my aspirations moving forward is to help with the growth of the company
– not only with skills and experience but also with attitude, ideas, and a desire for change. I want
to see the company continue to grow without losing what makes it
special – the culture of mutual respect, support, and development. Let’s continue to
attract and retain talented people, share knowledge, and build an environment
where everyone feels significant.
For me, the future
is not a goal – it is an opportunity. And I believe that together we can not only follow
trends but create them.
