Introduce yourself in a few words.
Entrepreneur – in the literal and social sense. I am the founder of HRlabs – a recruitment agency and HR consulting services, as well as the foundation "Work for Our Parents", through which we help with the professional development of people over 50 years old. I recharge from the happiness of others and believe in the power of meaningful connections. HR by calling and profession – I love connecting the best talents with top companies.

A window to new ideas, cultures, and sensations. A way to recharge, inspire myself, and return to my work with a new perspective.

How many different countries have you visited so far?
About 12 – mostly in Europe, but I have had the opportunity to travel outside the continent as well.

Share an interesting story or highlights from your travels.
The white nights in Saint Petersburg – it really doesn’t get dark. In London, the feeling is like in a sports car – at maximum speed. And in Aruba, I discovered that baby flamingos are not pink, but almost white! I love learning a few words in the local language – "good morning", "thank you"… this brings respect and smiles.

Do you like to repeat destinations?
Yes. I would always return to Vienna, Milan, and the Maldives – they have something cozy and familiar, but each time they reveal a new face.

What was your first trip that truly changed you as a professional?
London. The clash with the pace, cultures, and scale of everything showed me that with focus and work, great results can be achieved.

What do you learn about yourself when you are in a new cultural environment?
That my horizons are expanding. Every conversation, every ritual different from the familiar unlocks a new idea or question.

Have you met people or ideas that have influenced your career path?
Yes – most often, inspiration comes from the local people. Their way of life, their reactions, their values – all of this feeds my curiosity.

Do you think your travels help you expand your professional network?
So far, my travels have been mostly for pleasure, but I believe that in the future I will combine both.

What skills do you develop the most when you travel?
Adaptability – to the pace, culture, manners. This skill I directly transfer to my work with people from different backgrounds.

Is there a city or country that has inspired you to start a new business or project?
It’s not a specific location, but I am sure that the personality I have built thanks to these travels is at the core of HRlabs.

When you are in an unfamiliar country, do you feel more motivated or more distracted?
I travel mainly for pleasure, but when I need to work – I am extremely focused. I know my time is limited, and this helps me be even more productive.

Are there destinations that act as a "restart" for your creativity?
Yes – where there is sea! It brings me balance, lightness, and clarity.

How do you manage the balance between work and pleasure while traveling?
My travels are shared with my family and are energizing – this gives me strength for work afterwards.

How have travels changed your perception of the value of money?
When I travel, I don’t limit myself – I want to experience the place. For me, this is the joy of life. I don’t understand the concept of traveling and not fully experiencing the place by limiting yourself. The value of money is expressed in the happiness and peace it can bring you.

Do you travel with the aim of finding new ways to earn money?
I hope to have such a type of travel very soon – and I look forward to seeing the world from this perspective.

Experiences or things?
Experiences – definitely! But sometimes I take something small to remind me of the place.

How do you see the future of the digital nomadic lifestyle?
I am a family person and wouldn’t choose it for myself, but for young and uncommitted people – a great opportunity. The world is full of options.

Which countries are more favorable for work and investments?
USA, England, Dubai – good business environment and open markets.

Where would you develop your next big idea?
In a warm place, near the sea. But also where there is a need for niche services focused on people – this is the heart of our company.

What are the destinations you would definitely recommend visiting?
Italy – for the feeling, the cuisine, and the beauty. Maldives – for peace, relaxation, and recharging. Czech Republic – for the culture, the attitude, and the inspiration.

What is the career advice you would give based on what you have seen around the world?
Be open – to new ideas, ways of working, and people. This is the path to personal and professional growth.
