My name is Desislava Dobrinova Trendafilova and I am the "Human Resources Sector Leader" / HR Operations Lead at Dext Bulgaria EOOD / Dext Bulgaria.
I deal with administrative processes. I am part of the employees' lives even before their first working day – from the moment of accepting the job offer to their last day in the company.

How many years have you completed in the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage mean for you?
I have completed seven years in the company and for me this is a special moment. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience and confidence in my work, met valuable people, and I feel happy to be part of the organization.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?
The most memorable moments for me are not related to a specific event, but to the feeling that I am useful – when I manage to help someone, to facilitate a process, or to give calmness to my people in a tense moment. It is precisely then that I remember why this job makes sense to me – it may not always be visible, but it has a real impact on the daily lives and peace of the people around me.

What motivates you to stay and develop specifically in this organization?
I am motivated by the people I work with. The environment is open, supportive, and truly team-oriented. My work in administration is sometimes "invisible", but it is key to the overall experience of the employees. This brings me satisfaction and is a strong motivation to continue developing.

How has your professional path changed from the first day until now – and what has it taught you?
When I started, I was in a position with more limited responsibilities. Looking back, I see how far I have come. Over time – with perseverance, hard work, and support – I managed to build my skills and take on more responsibilities. Working in administration requires attention to detail, consistency, and discretion – qualities that I developed and reinforced with experience. I became more confident in my communication with people, more patient, I learned to act calmly even under pressure and to be a support for others. All of this made me a more responsible professional.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part of?
I strive to continue developing my professional skills and to take on new challenges. I want to contribute to creating an even more positive and supportive work environment.
For my team, I hope we continue to work cohesively, support each other, and achieve the set goals together. I believe that a strong collective and open communication are the keys to success.
