My name is Yoto and I am a serial entrepreneur dedicated to developing innovative solutions and business ideas. I work in the fields of information technology, construction, education, and agriculture. The companies I founded are specialized in marketing, sales, finance, and development consulting.

How many different countries have you seen so far? Share an interesting story or highlights from your travels?

I have traveled to quite a few places around the world and I don't stop traveling. For me, traveling is of utmost importance, as it is a key part of shaping my worldview. I believe that you can't understand the world without seeing it with your own eyes.

Do you like to repeat destinations? Give examples and motivation "for" or "against"?

Of course. A person becomes attached to traveling, the more they practice it. There are many places that are worth visiting more than once. For me, they are the ones that inspire me. They are usually connected with the local people.

What was your first trip that truly changed you as a professional and can be said to have changed your thinking?

My first long-distance trip was to Spain, to Santiago De Compostela. I was 16 years old and I saw a completely new world with people who think similarly to us and have a lot of energy.

What do you learn about yourself and your professional skills when you are in a new cultural environment?

Every trip is a very important starting point for any business or individual, for the level of knowledge and experience.

Have you met people or ideas during your travels that have influenced your career path?

A large part of the ideas and people I have chosen to work with are also people I have or will travel with.

Do you think that traveling helps you expand your professional network? How?

Very often, my travels are related to attending various events in different fields and generate a large part of my business.

What skills do you develop the most when you travel, and how do they reflect on your work?

Knowledge, experience, motivation.

Is there a city or country that has inspired you to start a new business or project?

Definitely, the places where people are happier are more motivating for me. This is in no way related to a high standard of living, but to worldview and moral values. Almost every business I have been involved in, successful or not, has been inspired by places I have been and people I have had contact with.

When you are in an unfamiliar country, do you feel more motivated or more distracted? Why?

For me, the feeling of being in an unfamiliar country is rather calming. It provokes a pure childlike interest in me to see as much as I can.

Are there destinations that act as a "restart" for your creativity and ambition?

Spain, Italy, all the countries of the Balkans, the Scandinavian countries.

How do you manage the balance between work and pleasure when you travel?

Difficult J I usually combine them.

How have travels changed the way you perceive the value of money?

Completely. Money is more than just a means and should not be leading in people's thinking, in my opinion. When you do something you believe in  you dedicate enough time to it, it always pays off in one way or another.

Do you travel with the aim of finding new ways to make money?

No. I travel, because I love doing it.

What lessons on financial independence have you learned from different economies and cultures?

The more developed the thinking of a group of people in a given region, the more financially independent they are.

Do you think it's better to spend on experiences rather than material possessions?

I don't think that one should be at the expense of the other. A person should do or buy what makes them happy.

How do you see the future of digital nomadic life?

It is already a fact. The question is that the new generations will have a hard time dealing with it on their own, in my opinion.

Are there specific countries that are more favorable for work and investments?

No. Any country can be favorable as long as you have a good idea, motivation, and a team.

If you could choose one place in the world to develop your next big idea, what would it be and why?

The Balkans. I know the life and people here. I feel them very close. I think that with a lot of investment in education it could be the best place to live on this planet.

What are the destinations you would definitely recommend to be visited and why?

I think this is strictly individual. It is important, in my opinion, for people to visit the poorer places in the world, at least to remind themselves how much we have.

What is the career advice you would give based on what you have seen around the world?

Travel!
