Introduce yourself in a few sentences..

Hello! My name is Jessica Stoilkova and I am the Marketing Manager of one of the leading performance marketing agencies in Bulgaria – Netpeak Bulgaria. I have been working in the field of digital marketing for almost 8 years. I am responsible for the development and promotion of the diverse services of the agency, maintaining its online presence, strategic partnerships, participation in international competitions, organizing events, structuring internal marketing processes, and more. I also lead a team of two marketing specialists. 

How many years have you completed in the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage mean for you?

I joined the company in 2018 and this June I marked exactly 7 years in the company. This period represents a significant part of my professional journey so far and has always been filled with challenges, growth, and a lot, a lot of new knowledge.
I feel like an essential part of a team that shares common values and a drive for innovation.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

One of the most memorable achievements will always be organizing our annual Online Advertising Conference, which gathers between 600 and 800 participants and is extremely large-scale, but at the same time brings me immense satisfaction when everything is done well, with a lot of diligence and professionalism.

After each conference, the feeling that remains with me is “Wow, we really did something incredible once again and people see it and appreciate it.” I organized my first conference just two months after I started at the company in 2018. It was an extremely busy period for me, but I managed to stay composed, mobilize myself, and give my best at that moment. And everything turned out perfectly down to the last detail. 

Another achievement that I am particularly proud of is that in 2019 I was tasked with organizing the party for the company's birthday (then it was turning 5 years old), which was attended by nearly 80 people. Again, an extremely big challenge for me at that moment, but it turned out to be a super fun and cool evening.

Overall, a lot has happened in 7 years, many challenges, there have been quite difficult moments, but I believe that this has shaped me as a person and as a professional and has given me great confidence in my own skills.

What motivates you to stay and develop in this organization?

The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and professionalism are valued. Additionally, the culture of collaboration and support within the team creates a sense of belonging and stimulates personal growth for each individual.

How has your professional path changed from day one until now – and what has it taught you?

I started my career in the field of digital marketing with limited experience but with a great desire to learn and grow. I started with the overall digital program at Softuni Digital in 2016, which gave me a solid foundation. Then I enrolled in a 3-month internship at a digital agency, but that was not enough for me. 

Now, 7 years later at the agency, looking back, I feel extremely proud of what I have gone through and what I have gained as experience and skills.

Over the years, I have gone through various roles and projects that have helped me develop strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry and processes. I have learned to be flexible, to see challenges as opportunities for growth, and to appreciate the importance of teamwork.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part of?

I strive to continue developing my skills and knowledge in the field of digital marketing while supporting my team in achieving their goals.

For the company, I would like to see even greater expansion of our services and establishing our position as a leading agency in the region. 

I believe that through innovation, training, and strong partnerships we can continue to achieve sustainable success and create meaningful value for our clients and the entire community.
