Whatever I do, I do it meticulously and fanatically

The argument is won by the one who is less emotional in the given situation!

Introduce yourself in a few sentences..

My name is Yoana Yotova and I have been developing in the field of technology and investments for more than 7 years, and recently – also in construction under the brand SpaceOn.

I am the wife of an exceptional man and the mother of two children – a 7-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.

What did you dream of becoming in your childhood?

I dreamed of becoming a cardio surgeon because my uncle is one of the most prominent names in this field and was an exceptional example and motivator for me.

I even completed two volunteer internships as a student – one at the National Cardiology Hospital and one at Pirogov.

But my path of development went through engineering specialties until one day I simply chose to focus on technology.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us an interesting

incident?

I earned my very first money as a child by holding private exhibitions for my family from baskets, which I wove myself from willow and from paintings that I painted with colors on wood.

After years, when I was about 16, I became a promoter in large supermarkets.

The first real product I sold was fruit yogurts with detoxifying effects for the body – understandably with a strong laxative effect.

There was simply nothing else I could do at that time.

The opportunity arose, and I wasn't ashamed to go among people and explain to them how important it is to have intestinal detoxification…

At that time, this terminology was not popular, which made explaining the product even more fun.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an earlier age and form our interests? What is your recipe for

curiosity, sources and wells of information and inspiration at this

stage of our human development?

The family environment is crucial for our choices.

From there on, the problems we face are those that shape us as complete individuals.

Or rather the solutions we propose for them.

The fewer problems a young person faces, the harder life they will lead later on and vice versa.

The more problems they face at an earlier age and have to seek new, different, and creative ways to solve them, the easier and better-structured life they will have at a later stage.

My recipe for curiosity – seek new paths that will lead you to entirely new problems to solve.

The greater the problem you show curiosity towards, the more proportionally your success in life will grow.

Has there been any significant difference in your perceptions in a more mature

age regarding what motivates you to do or not do something?

I have always been motivated by the people around me – my personal environment.

Over time, I saw that children are indeed a great motivator – perhaps even the greatest.

But regardless of whether there is a motivator in your life or not, you simply must not stop walking on your path of development.

You don't need to rush madly.

You don't even need to run.

Just walk.

Or at least crawl.

But don't stop!

Whose decision was it where to pursue higher education and what to study?

Was that decision correct, viewed from today's perspective?

My parents chose my career path based on where my interests and greatest experience were during my last years of education.

Many people from the younger generation would say that this is far from the most correct – the judgment of another person from another generation having the greatest weight in this choice.

Especially regarding the today's educational system.

However, as a child of the 90s, I would argue.

There is no wasted time if we're talking about university.

The university teaches us far more things than just the material in the curriculum.

At university, I encountered people and cases that I never imagined I would face.

I had the opportunity to meet some of the most successful people in modern engineering science, with whom I still maintain excellent relationships.

If I had refused to go this path under the pretext that the system is outdated or something else, I would never have had the opportunities that later appeared before me.

But these opportunities are there only for those who have the eyes to see them and the ambition to create them!

Share more about your interests, knowledge, skills, and hobbies?

Would you change your profession today and which fields of activity capture

your interest?

My interests are entirely in building and creating projects from scratch.

Whether we are talking about startups or buildings, the engineering work behind is very similar – one person sits down with a piece of paper and a pen and outlines and sketches what they want to create.

Imagine it as something that has a very initial vision of your product or service.

I love to write and draw.

I also love to create content for social media – I just pour out my thoughts.

Regardless of whether someone will like it.

This is my way of self-expression.

I love to do analyses, design strategies, share them with people, but most of all I love to explore different unknown worlds as I accumulate new knowledge in a completely new field for me.

I diversify myself in this way.

I know that for others this sounds very boring, but it is the truth.

I hardly drink, I don't smoke, I have no bad habits, I don't go out to places.

My family and what I create are the two things that are my refuge in every situation.

Otherwise, in my free time, I love to ride horses and cook.

They say that personal branding is everything that people say about you when

you are not in the same room with them. What would you like to hear today?

"She is a professional" – this is what I want to hear and for this I have been working so hard for so many years.

Whatever I do, I do it meticulously and fanatically.

I am used to becoming the best in many respects.

I know how this sounds to those who do not know me, but I do not do it for them.

I do it for myself.

This is what I need. For this I fight every morning when I wake up.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility, as well as

our soft skills are key conditions for success in the last few

years. How do you cope with the daily challenges of life to

be in good shape and mood?

Discipline.

Good food and enough sleep.

And the right environment.

If you meet these three conditions, nothing can stop you from conquering the world in the way you want it to happen.

I have an iron rule – never betray myself.

Never and under no circumstances.

I do not advise you to do it, if you want to be in good shape and mood.

Still, the tasks are waiting for you.

What are the most important conclusions you have made so far about maintaining

the right communication considering the different characters of the people that

you meet daily – colleagues, friends, relatives?

Learn to count to 10 before you say something that might offend or hurt someone.

The argument is won by the one who is less emotional in a given situation.

In business, this applies always and 100%.

What do you think about money? What is their influence on your life? What

is your advice to people who often ask themselves questions related to

money and how sufficient they are?

Money are excellent servants, but very bad masters.

They are like "soldiers" and should be used only and exclusively as such.

When you allow mercantilism to lead you by the nose, then you start mainly losing money.

I want to say that people feel it through their emotional intelligence and instinctively pull back, which means for you losing friends, business partners, and most of all losing clients.
