My name is Milena Poyryazova and I work as a Recruitment Team Lead at UpSkill. I have significant experience in the field of recruitment, and in my current role, I am responsible for building and managing talent acquisition strategies, leading a team, and improving recruitment processes. My work involves both interaction with candidates and advising companies on best practices for finding suitable specialists.

My career in the company started with my first steps as an intern, when I had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of recruitment and feel the dynamics of this profession. Over time, I have gone through various positions with increasing responsibility, which helped me build a deep understanding of the industry, develop strategic thinking, and refine my management skills.

Over the years, I have contributed to closing hundreds of positions, helping many specialists find their dream jobs, and employers build strong teams.

Besides professional development, personal happiness is important to me. I no longer live in Sofia; I made a conscious choice to settle outside the big city. This allows me to balance work with family life – with my husband and our child.

How many years have you completed in the company? How do you feel about it and what does this stage mean for you?

I have been working at the agency for four years, and this period is extremely important to me. I see how what has been achieved so far becomes the foundation for new successes – from intern to team leader, which is proof of my career growth.

Being part of a company that values innovation and offers a dynamic environment is a privilege and a responsibility. I am currently at a stage that provides me with new challenges, but also the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth through strategic decisions and improvements in recruitment processes.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

Among the most significant moments are definitely the successful building of a strong and motivated team, as well as the realization of key projects that led to significant improvements in recruitment processes.

I am proud that I have helped many professionals find the right career, as well as many companies build stable and successful teams.

What motivates you to stay and develop in this organization?

My main motivation is the dynamic and supportive environment that allows me to express my ideas, develop strategic thinking, and influence important processes.

Additionally, working with talented people who share the same values and aspirations for professional development is a huge incentive. I see how my work contributes to the success of candidates and clients, and that is the greatest recognition for my efforts.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company?

I continue to develop as a leader and implement innovations in the recruitment processes.
For the team – my goal is to create an even more motivating environment that stimulates the growth of every specialist.
For the company – I want us to continue to be a trusted partner, expand our reach, and establish best practices in the industry.
