Imagine yourself in a few sentences..

My name is Nevena Vasileva and I am the founder of an animation studio Animated Videos Factory. I create stories that come to life through animation – from the first idea to the last scene. I believe that a well-told visual story can change the way people perceive brands, causes, and emotions.

How many years have you been in the company? How do you feel in it and what does this stage mean for you?

This year we celebrate 3 years. For me, it feels like watching a child grow – still a bit uncertain, but already with character and dreams. I feel pride and gratitude that we have come this far through our own efforts, without rushing, but with persistence.

What are the most memorable moments or achievements from your time here so far?

The brightest moments are our first big clients, the first international project, and that moment when I saw the finished video and said to myself: “Yes, this is exactly what I wanted to create.” And, of course, all the little victories – the smiles and the compliments from the clients.

What motivates you to stay and develop specifically in this organization?

The freedom to create, to experiment, and to work with people who share my passion for visual storytelling. Every project is a new adventure that keeps me awake and inspired.

How has your professional path changed from day one until now – and what has it taught you?

From a person who does everything alone, I became a leader who knows how to delegate and trust my team. I learned that perfectionism is valuable, but also that sometimes it is more important to finish the project than to make it endlessly “perfect”.

What are your aspirations moving forward – both for yourself and for the team or company you are part of?

I want us to become a studio that is recognizable outside of Bulgaria. Personally, I want to continue to develop as a creator and leader who inspires and supports. And for the team – to grow together.
