I help people remember who they are

I have always loved knowledge and its power to change lives!

Introduce yourself in a few sentences..
I am Daniela Aneva – coach, organizational consultant, mentor, and inspirer. I help people remember who they are and discover their mission beyond titles and roles.

What did you dream of becoming in your childhood?
I dreamed of becoming a business leader. I have always loved knowledge and its power to change lives – and perhaps not coincidentally, today I train, inspire, and lead people to themselves.

At what age did you earn your first money? Share an interesting story with us.
I was 15 when I started working on small projects and initiatives. I remember how proud I felt that I could be useful and independent.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an earlier age and form our interests?
Family, teachers, and books were my compass. My curiosity came from observation – of people, conversations, and behavior in different situations.

Has there been any significant change in your perceptions in a more mature age about what motivates you to do or not do something?
Yes. Today I seek depth and meaning – I do not do something just because “it should be done”. I am driven by the question “Why am I doing this? What value am I creating?”.

Whose decision was it where to pursue higher education and what to study?
Mine. I chose a major that combined my interests – people, behavior, organizations. Looking back – I would choose the same again.

Share more about your interests, knowledge, skills, and hobbies.
I am interested in psychology, philosophy, coaching, art, and music. I write, travel, and love creating experiences that inspire people.

Would you change your profession today and which areas of activity capture your interest?
No. What I do is my path. But I would complement my work with more activities in the field of education and culture.

What would you like to hear today about yourself?
That I have touched someone's life. That I have inspired someone to believe in themselves and make a bold choice.

How do you cope with the daily challenges of life to stay in good shape and mood?
Through awareness, gratitude, and time for myself. I breathe, move, listen to music, and talk to myself.

What are the most important conclusions you have made so far about maintaining proper communication with different personalities?
Listening is everything. To be truly present, to not impose but to understand. The heart listens better than the mind.

What do you think about money?
Money is energy and a tool – neither good nor bad. What matters is how we use it and the meaning we give it.

What is the most valuable career advice you would give to people?
Not to wait for approval to start. Move, create, believe – the rest will follow.
