What did you dream of becoming in your childhood?

I dreamed of being a person whom people listen to and trust. Back then, I didn't know if that was a teacher, artist, or leader – I just wanted to be able to inspire. And to this day, that desire has remained the same, only its form has changed.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us an interesting story?

I earned my first money as a teenager, working with a friend cleaning, mowing, and maintaining yards in a villa area. I remember how strange and proud I felt – not so much because of the amount, but because I realized that my efforts have value.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an early age and form our interests? What is your recipe for curiosity, sources of information, and inspiration at this stage of our human development?

Family, environment, and access to knowledge. My curiosity has always been provoked by questions – not by answers. I sought inspiration in books, conversations with more mature people, and my own experiments. The belief that one can find their own path was key.

Has there been any significant change in your perceptions in a more mature age regarding what motivates you to do or not do something?

Yes. Over time, I realized that external motivation fades, but internal direction does not. Today, I am motivated not by “how something looks,” but whether it has depth and meaning for me.

Whose decision was it where to pursue higher education and what to study? Was that decision correct, looking back today?

It was a combination – my choice, supported by my family. Looking back today – yes, I would make the same decision again. Not because it was perfect, but because it gave me a foundation from which I started in the right direction for me.

Share more about your interests, knowledge, skills, and hobbies?

I am interested in psychology, development strategies, personal effectiveness, and communication. I love to read, analyze, learn, play video games, and football. My hobbies often intertwine with my work – because I have built a life where there is no clear boundary between “must” and “want”.

Would you change your profession today and which areas of activity capture your interest?

I would change it only if I find a new way to be more useful and authentic. I am interested in projects related to personal development, social entrepreneurship, and career development. Follow me, a new and interesting project may appear.

They say that personal branding is everything that people say about you when you are not in the same room with them. What would you like to hear today?

That I am a person who can be relied upon. That I am consistent, clear in communication, and inspiring in actions. Not perfect – but resilient.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility, as well as our soft skills, are key conditions for success in recent years. How do you cope with the daily challenges of life to stay in good shape and mood?

I accept that I cannot control everything. I work daily on myself – through routine, breaks, movement, and sincere conversations with people who ground me. Moments of self-reflection are no less important than completed tasks.

What are the most important conclusions you have made so far about maintaining proper communication considering the different characters of the people you meet daily – colleagues, friends, close ones?

There is no universal approach. Everyone listens and perceives through their own filter. The greatest art is to be able to be clear and empathetic at the same time.

What do you think about money? What is their influence on your life? What is your advice to people who often ask themselves questions related to money and how sufficient they are?

Money is a resource, not a goal. They provide freedom, but only if you are not psychologically dependent on them. My advice: determine how much is “enough” for you and live consciously. Freedom comes not with more income, but with less chaos.

What is the most valuable career advice you would give to people?

Don't wait for the perfect moment – start. The path is shaped when you walk it. And your greatest strength is not in your CV, but in the way people feel after working with you.
