New position: Manager
Company: Mediapost Hit Mail Bulgaria EOOD
Introduce yourself in a few sentences and highlight some key points from your career development so far?
My name is
Valentina Mincheva and for
14 years I have been working at
“Mediapost Hit Mail Bulgaria”. I started my career as an account manager, went through the
positions of head of the “Digital Marketing” department and operational director, and today I am manager. I have worked in
more than 20 markets for clients from various industries – finance, real estate,
tourism, e-commerce.
What motivates you to take on this new role and what are
your main goals in the position?
I see the role
as a responsibility – towards the team, partners, and clients. My main goal is to
continue the technological transformation of the company by combining strategy,
data, and artificial intelligence. I believe that sustainable growth comes from the
development of people and from services that provide real value to clients.
What
professional or personal qualities do you think will help you succeed in your
new position?
Over the last
9 years, I have been building marketing strategies for our largest clients and
have gained rich experience working in various markets on projects with ambitious goals.
I believe that my ability to connect data, curiosity about new
technologies, strong customer focus, and desire to develop my team will
be the foundation of my management.
What
challenges do you expect to face and how do you approach change management?
In our
industry, there have always been challenges – attracting and retaining top
specialists, gaining client trust, continuing to develop after the first major successes. My formula for success is to have a clear goal at every moment. When the direction is clear, I have no doubts, that with my team we can build the bridge to
it.
What is your approach to teamwork and
building a strong internal culture?
I believe that
a good leader invests in their people as much as in their clients.
That’s why I hold regular 1:1 meetings with the team, encourage the exchange of experience, and
support various initiatives. I strive to build an environment of trust and
belonging, where freedom goes hand in hand with responsibility. That’s why it is
important for me to be open both in my feedback and in the direction in
which the company is moving.
What would you like people to say about you in the company after a few months?
After a few
months, I would like the people in my team not only to know that they are in the right
place, but also to feel that they are growing,
that they are valued, and that together we are building something bigger than ourselves.
