Advocate Yanita Toncheva is a long-time lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association with over 25 years of practice in corporate and commercial law. She is the founder and managing partner at the law firm "Toncheva and Partners" and works with leading Bulgarian and international companies. She graduated in law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and has a specialization in the legal and judicial system of the European Union in France. Her professional focus includes mergers and acquisitions, labor law, intellectual property, and public-private partnerships. She is also a mediator and a representative for industrial property at the Patent Office.
