Miroslava, who are you today as a person, professional and woman?
Today I am a woman who not only survived but awakened. Having gone through my own breaking points, I found my mission – to guide people through theirs. As a professional – I am a brain coach, coach and author who believes that the conscious mind can change reality. As a woman – I am what I call living alchemy: both tenderness and strength, logic and intuition.
How does a lady entrepreneur feel on Women Entrepreneurs Day?
For me, this is not just a day of recognition, but a day of awareness. Being a woman entrepreneur is not a title – it is an internal decision to create, even when no one believes it will work. On this day, I allow myself to look back with gratitude – towards the path, the tears, successes, falls and everything that made me whole.
What did little Mira dream of and is there anything left of those dreams today?
I dreamed of writing and speaking in a way that people would feel understood. This dream is still here – I just live it consciously today. I write books that heal, lead trainings that awaken, and create projects like BrainMastery that help people understand that the brain is an instrument, not an enemy.
When did you earn your first money and what did you learn from it?
I was 7 when I first received money for some decorative baskets I had made with my own hands and materials at hand. Even then, the entrepreneurial spirit was born in me, which continues to grow to this day and makes me dream big.
How did your entrepreneurial journey begin?
It started in a moment of crisis. It wasn’t a plan, but rather born out of pain and the need for change. After a personal breakthrough and loss of direction, I began to seek meaning – first for myself, then for others. That’s how my first programs were born, my first book, and gradually the philosophy of BrainMastery took shape – conscious training of the mind for a new reality.
What challenges did you face in the beginning?
There were many – distrust, loneliness, financial worries, people who didn’t understand why I chose the “unknown”. But the biggest challenge was learning not to give up when the results don’t come immediately. Not to measure my worth by likes, but by lives that change.
What was the hardest moment in your career and how did you overcome it?
When I had to continue alone. To let go of some people, of old projects, of expectations of how “success should” look. I overcame it through inner work – through writing, silence, and deep conversation with myself. I learned that sometimes silence is the best business consultant.
What is your greatest success so far – the moment when you said “It was worth it”?
When a woman who went through my course wrote to me: “Thanks to you, I forgave myself. I feel alive again. And I chose not to take my life.” In that moment, I realized that every page, every lecture, every sleepless night – was worth it. Because true success is to see the change in the eyes of the person in front of you.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned as an entrepreneur and leader?
That you cannot lead others where you haven’t been yourself. Leadership is not power, but honesty. And that success without soul is just shine without light.
What childhood experiences shaped who you are today?
The pain of lack of understanding. The desire to be seen and heard. And the love for books that gave me a voice when I had no words. They taught me to seek the depth behind masks and to believe that from every wound wisdom can grow.
How do you maintain your inspiration and curiosity about life?
I read, learn, observe, travel, write. Inspiration comes when you allow yourself to remain a student. I feed my mind with science, my soul – with art, and my body – with movement and gratitude.
Has your perception of success changed over the years?
Absolutely. Before, success was achievements – today it is a state. Once I counted results, now I feel the meaning. A truly successful person is one who lives in peace with themselves, not the one who has the most projects.
How do you maintain your personal brand and how do you want people to talk about you when you’re not in the room?
With authenticity and vulnerability. I do not try to be “perfect”, but real. I want people to say: “She was honest, humane, and brave. She didn’t just talk about change – she lived it.”
How do you balance strength and softness in your leadership?
By not excluding either one. My strength is in clarity, softness – in the heart. I know when to lead with firmness and when to listen in silence. Women’s leadership is precisely that – being able to be firm without becoming cold, and soft without falling apart.
How does a lady entrepreneur maintain herself – physically, emotionally, and spiritually?
With constant care. I move, eat consciously, sleep well. But most importantly – I give myself time for myself. I have rituals: morning visualization, gratitude journal, quiet meditation in the evening, evening journal. This is my inner hygiene.
What place do money hold in your perception of success?
Money is like fire – it depends on how you use it. For me, they are energy, freedom, a tool, not a goal. I believe that when you do something with a mission, the value returns in the form of money, opportunities, and trust. Financial independence is not greed, but a choice to live in truth, without compromises.
What would you say to women who dream of their own business but hesitate?
Don’t wait to be ready. There is no such thing as ready. Start with what you have and with who you are. Fear is part of the journey, not an obstacle. And remember – you don’t need to know everything to start. You only need to know why.
What makes you feel truly successful?
When I am in flow. When I create, help, write, inspire. When I see that my words and ideas turn into living changes. I feel truly successful when what I do touches a soul.
What do you want to leave behind – in your work, in people, in the world?
I want to leave a trace of consciousness – of people who think, feel, and choose in a new way. To leave books, that are read with the soul, programs that change consciousness, and a community of women, who believe they can. To leave light – not noise.
If you had to summarize your philosophy as a woman entrepreneur in one sentence, how would it sound?
“Create from the heart, lead with the mind, and don’t forget that everything great starts from inner work.”
