Courage is not an empty phrase, but a daily practice

International Women's Day for me is a reminder that women in business do not expect privileges and special treatment, but rather a space for free action!
My greatest success is the moment I realized that everything we do crosses the boundaries of the local market. When companies from abroad reached out to us – markets known for their strict requirements for quality, composition, and production – it was a clear sign that our efforts are not just seen, but valued.
This recognition did not come by chance, but from a clearly built idea, consistency, and a product that can stand alongside global standards and not look "smaller." Then I said to myself: It was worth it!
My greatest lesson came in moments when realities changed faster than I could react. I realized that in entrepreneurship, the most dangerous thing is to rely on just one opportunity, one partner, one channel, or one direction.
I learned to think in alternatives, to plan several steps ahead, and to accept diversification not as an option, but as protection. Today's world is dynamic, sometimes unpredictable, and stability comes not from clinging to one thing, but from the ability to have backup paths.
This knowledge gave me freedom and a calmer feeling that whatever changes, there is always a next move.
My father was the first person who showed me how to think several moves ahead. A great chess player, who even played against world Russian grandmasters, he saw not only the pieces in front of him but also the game several moves ahead.
From him, I learned something that today defines the way I strive to work: that every decision is part of a larger strategy. He taught me to see the world not as chaos, but as a system that can be deciphered if you are observant enough. And maybe that's why today I feel most confident precisely in the moments when I have to make difficult decisions – I try to see the whole picture before I move the next piece.
I maintain my curiosity by consciously seeking communication with people who view the world with a newer and bolder perspective. I believe that if you want to be modern in your messages, you need to hear how the next generations think.
That's why I constantly discuss my ideas with my eldest son, who brings a different kind of thinking – fast, visual, unconventional. I listen to his advice because it comes from someone who lives in the future of the IT industries to which I am trying to adapt.
This connection keeps me awake, curious, and open to changes – the surest way not to get stuck in the old.
I maintain my personal brand through consistency, not as an image, but as a way of working. I strive for every decision, product, or message to carry the same logic: clarity and honesty. I believe that the brand is not what you say about yourself, but what people feel when they encounter your work.
That's why I am careful and choose projects that I truly believe can change something.
And how do I want to be defined? As a person who creates value without unnecessary noise, without pretensions, but with real results. As an entrepreneur who knows how to see potential where others see "impossible." And as a woman who is not afraid to start over, to experiment, and to move forward, even when the direction is still taking shape.
For me, money has a very clear place – it is freedom. Freedom to think on a larger scale, to realize your ideas without compromising on quality, to invest where you see potential, not just where it is "safe."
I see them as a tool, not as a goal. Money provides scope – it allows you to develop your product the way you see it, to test new directions, and to take risks that would otherwise sound unrealistic.
I would tell the ladies who wish to be entrepreneurs - to start, without waiting for the “perfect moment,” because it almost never comes. They should allow themselves to enter the game with the idea that the first steps will be uncertain, sometimes chaotic, but it is precisely there that true experience is born.
The most important thing is to be honest with their idea. If they believe in it strongly enough, they will find a way to turn it into a product, then into a business, and finally into their own signature on the world.
I want to leave behind something that has its own life – ideas, products, and choices that continue to work even when I am not in the room. I want to leave the feeling that change is possible, that an industry anchored in habits can take a new path. I want my children to see that courage is not an empty phrase, but a daily practice – starting from scratch, learning, falling, getting up, and making the next move more confidently.
And if I have to sum it up in one sentence – I want to leave behind proof that the idea can be stronger than the limitations, as long as it is defended to the end.
