Faith and inspiration that make dreams come true

Never give up on your dreams!

Introduce yourself in a few sentences – who are you today as a person, professional, and woman?

My name is Vyaра Borisлавова – Inspirer of dreams, that’s how I would define myself. I fulfilled my dream – my brand – MUSE SHOP. I fulfilled my dream of having a fashion show – for the Guinness Records and I fulfilled my dream of being a mother – for 9 years now to my son – Samuel – who inspires me every day to continue dreaming and fulfilling my dreams, mine and those of the people around me.

How does a lady entrepreneur feel when the Entrepreneur's Day arrives? What does this day mean for you personally and professionally?

I look forward to it with excitement and inspiration  and every following year I am amazed at how many incredible ladies there are who are part of this Inspiring community.

What did you dream of as a child? Is there something from those dreams that still drives you forward?

I dreamed of being a ballerina, and now I make the ladies around me look like Ballerinas – delicate, soft, and beautiful  in feminine dresses – to carry themselves with the grace of a ballerina through this wonderful life, in ethereal dresses.

At what age did you earn your first money and what was the feeling?

Share a funny or educational incident. I was very young, maybe around 14, I was already sewing clothes at home and selling them to my classmates. I was incredibly excited to see them dressed by me, by my hands. To this day, I am incredibly excited when I meet a lady in my outfit. It’s an incredible feeling.

How did your entrepreneurial journey begin? Do you remember your first steps, the emotions, and the difficulties back then?

For me, everything happens somehow as a joke, like a child’s game and I have never had serious difficulties, I think the words – Life loves the brave apply fully to me. I always jump boldly and the emotion is leading. My first entrepreneurial steps were with the fashion studio SV FASHION STUDIO – which we created in days, with Stanimira Yanakieva, a studio for lifestyle, individual styling, and events and support for Bulgarian designers. It was an exceptional and successful start for both of us.

What challenges did you face at the beginning and which taught you the most?

The biggest challenges in all my endeavors are – to make them believe that this will really happen. Sometimes my ideas are quite bold and I see that those around me, business partners, my close ones are a bit reserved. But so far, I have always managed to successfully pass through all my dreams, and the lesson is not to give up, no matter how challenging it may seem to us.

What is the hardest moment in your career or business and how did you manage to overcome it?

Oh, there are quite a few hard moments. A difficult moment was the Pandemic, which forced me to close 3 stores. A difficult moment is running a business with a small child. A difficult moment is standing up to the dishonest people around me, but I learned to accept everything with a smile and to believe that the freedom and strength that a dream gives you, turned into a business is priceless.

What is your greatest success so far – that moment when you said “It was worth it”?

My show for Guinness – 2023 – when the drone that filmed recorded 28,000 people in the audience, when I managed in 3 months with my team – to create 106 models and to parade 2 kilometers. When 300 people on my team trusted me and I fulfilled a dream, I said – It was worth it.

What is your greatest lesson as an entrepreneur and as a woman leader?

My greatest lesson is, despite the great responsibilities, strong spirit and leadership skills – to never forget that I am a WOMAN.

Which people or experiences from your childhood have had the greatest influence on who you are today?

The fact that today I am this lady, woman, and business force is the Freedom in which I grew up. Never did any of my parents, my family stop me from creating. I sewed clothes day and night, once I even didn’t go to school for 3 days, I didn’t get up from the sewing machine, I cut with gusto old clothes of my grandmother, curtains, everything I saw in front of me, and no one ever scolded me, no one ever said NO to me, I always received support and Freedom.

How do you maintain your curiosity and inspiration – what are your sources of energy, knowledge, and new ideas?

Over the years I have answered quite trivially to these questions, now I answer with the fact that every day is an Inspiration for me, I find inspiration in many small things, seemingly trivial but actually they are a whole Universe. I find great inspiration in my child, I find inspiration in new technologies, I am full of dreams for the new time that is coming and I can’t wait to enjoy it. I find inspiration in the ladies who trust me and shine in my dresses.

Has your perception of what motivates you and how you measure your success changed over the years?

Of course, and I am extremely proud that I am constantly changing. Success for me at the moment is to give meaning to young designers to develop and not give up. Success is to see bolder women who dress with us, proudly showing themselves through their style.

How did you decide where and what to study? If you could go back, would you choose the same?

I learned a lot of things, I studied Theatrical Scenography, I studied Photography and Cinematography, I also studied economics. But fashion, design, and business have always been in me, I have never stopped sewing, drawing, and creating. I have never asked myself the question, what I will study and why, I have always known what I want and I would choose this path again, if I could go back.

What helped you the most in the transition from education to entrepreneurship?

The faith in my dreams.

How do you maintain your personal brand and how would you like people to talk about you when you are not in the room?

Always with honesty and Love. I would be happy if they spoke with Inspiration and Love.

Female leadership is often associated with empathy and resilience. How do you balance between strength and softness in managing people and processes?

I rely a lot on my intuition, on my inner feminine voice.

How does a lady entrepreneur maintain herself – what helps you to always be in shape, inspired, and confident?

With a dress, beautiful, feminine, and long, to stir the feminine energy from the earth.

What are your rituals or practices for emotional intelligence, balance, and harmony in a busy daily life?

I love, or rather I adore listening to music, dancing, and finding small joys like a child in every situation.

What place do money occupy in your vision of success? What is your personal principle regarding financial independence and satisfaction?

They are important, for me to be financially calm and independent is of great significance, but I believe that money is just a means to achieve peace, and true success is in Freedom.

What advice would you give to ladies who are considering starting their own business but are still hesitating?

I would tell them that I nobly envy them for the incredible moments they will experience, to dream and to fulfill their dreams, It's incredible and don't waste time, jump boldly into your own business.

What makes you feel truly successful – personal satisfaction, achievements, influence on others, or something else?

I feel successful when I sense that ladies come to my store because of me, not so much because of my clothes, I feel that I inspire them and give them courage, and that makes me feel successful.

What do you want to leave behind – in your organization, community, or in the world?

Faith – just like I am.
