How would you describe your career in a few words?

Multidimensional, meaningful, and built on trust. A path where strategic thinking goes hand in hand with humanity, positively touching hundreds of thousands of lives.

What was the most important choice that shaped your path?

The choice to trust in the power of knowledge and values. Quality education is my compass, I was fortunate to be a student of remarkable individuals: erudites, innovators, legendary personalities. Equally defining was the parental love with which I grew up. It gave me the confidence to dream, to fight, and to believe that kindness, integrity, and knowledge go hand in hand.

How can a person understand which profession is right for them?

When what you do brings you a sense of meaning, even on difficult days. When you don’t count the hours, but the moments of inspiration. And when the people around you grow together with you.

Which skills do you think will be key in the next 10 years?

-        Adaptive thinking, the ability to change quickly, to embrace uncertainty, and to lead through transformation.

-        Digital literacy, not just understanding technologies, but creating their ethical and inclusive application.

-        The ability to communicate with empathy, building trust between cultures, generations, and professional fields.

-        Collective intelligence, leadership through networks, not hierarchies, with a focus on common impact.

-        Vision driven by meaning, decision-making based on values that serve both business and society.

 

How to build a network of useful contacts without appearing interested?

By genuinely being interested. By listening more than we speak. By providing value before asking for something. And by remembering that the strongest connections are built not in moments of need, but in moments of shared vision.

What is the biggest mistake you have made in your career, and what did you learn from it?

Wrong appointment — not by competence, but by value incompatibility, lack of teamwork, and lack of empathetic communication. I learned that talent is not enough if there is no shared vision and ethics. Since then, I believe that trust and cultural harmony are no less important than professional skills.

How to recognize a toxic work environment and when is it time to leave?

I have not encountered a toxic environment; I have chosen the people I work with based on heart and values. But I believe that when meaning, recognition, and opportunity for growth are lacking, it is a signal that it is time for a change.

How to maintain our motivation in times of stagnation?

By returning to the “why.” By recalling the cause, not just the task. And by working with colleagues, managers, leaders, partners who inspire us, because motivation is often collective, not individual.

How to achieve a balance between professional and personal life?

By not viewing them as opposites, but as complementary dimensions of a fulfilling existence. Balance is not a static formula, but a living process that requires awareness, boundaries, and self-care. When work brings meaning, and personal life brings support and joy, they intertwine in harmony. Colleagues nominated my husband for “Husband of the Decade.” It is important to be able to say “yes” to what energizes us and “no” to what exhausts us. True balance is achieved when we live in accordance with our values both in our profession and in our personal world.

Don’t seek success, seek the value you can create. Success will find you where you are useful, authentic, and brave.

A career that leaves a mark, not only in results but also in human relationships. One that builds, enriches, and connects with inspiring individuals. And one that brings inner satisfaction because it is lived with meaning and heart.
