I choose the truth, not convenience. No hypocrisy

What did you dream of becoming in your childhood? years?

I dreamed of becoming an actress.

At what age did you earn your first money? Tell us some interesting story?

I received my first salary at 16 years old. Since then, I have not stopped working in various fields and different countries.

What are the main factors and examples that shape us as individuals at an early age and form our interests? What is your recipe for curiosity, sources and wells of information and inspiration at this stage of our human development?

The first main factor in personality development is the family. Most deficiencies and added value come from there. Then come the teachers and the environment we find ourselves in high school. The right combination gives us a solid foundation on which to build over the years.

Curiosity is formed as early as childhood. The recipe is books, books, and more books. At this and in every stage of development. Reading develops imagination and provides horizons that social media cannot offer.

Now I also watch various podcasts, as I find examples, role models, and problems in them that I cannot encounter elsewhere.

Has there been any significant change in your perceptions in a more mature age about what motivates you to do or not do something?

Perceptions change according to life situations and growth. Now I see the world in a very different way and I am motivated by many different things. But the most important thing remains the inspiration and passion to do things I love in the best possible way.

Whose decision was it where to pursue higher education and what to study? Was that decision correct, looking back at today?

The question of higher education is very complex, as rarely is a person clear about what they really want at 18 years old. For me, it was no different! I really wanted to become an actress and was preparing to apply to NATFIZ.Z. At the last moment, under pressure from family and friends, I decided that this was not for me and that I would not cope with the challenge of studying and living in Sofia. Sometimes, a person sets limitations for themselves and completely changes their direction of development. At that time, I applied for journalism, as it was the closest to a humanitarian profile, which I had in high school. They accepted me, I enrolled, and started working. I paid for my education myself and to this day I am happy with my choice! Overall, the decision was entirely mine, but influenced by the fact that I would not study at NATFIZZ, and it was not desirable to take a gap year.

Share more about your interests, knowledge, skills, and hobbies?

It’s better for people to talk about my skills and knowledge. I can talk about my interests and hobbies. I don’t have hobbies because I fill every free second with work. Something that few people know about me is that I am a workaholic. I love to work and I do it around the clock. Besides my show, which I prepare entirely by myself, I also maintain my social media, where I engage in advertising. I also do this entirely by myself. Besides that, I am a full-time mother!

Would you change your profession today and which areas of activity capture your interest?

In general, I believe that I can work in many fields. I have proven this over the years. But as of today, I would not change my profession.

They say that a personal brand is everything that people say about you when you are not in the same room with them. What would you like to hear today?

I want to hear that my work gives meaning and motivation to other people! I believe that it does, and this is my main goal in everyday life.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility, as well as our soft skills, are key conditions for success in recent years. How do you cope with the daily challenges of life to stay in good shape and mood?

I just don’t stop moving and acting! I am an extremely adaptable person. Very emotional, but quickly accepting facts and reacting according to the situation. I suffer quickly and move on. I am often exhausted and discouraged, but every new day is a new beginning! I get up in the morning and give my best, to the best of my ability!

What are the most important conclusions you have made so far about maintaining proper communication considering the different characters of the people you meet daily  – colleagues, friends, close ones?

My communication with people is at a very different level! I am not politically correct, I am not soft, and I don’t consider much. I always speak the truth, regardless of who is in front of me and whether the moment is appropriate. I don’t say that this is the right communication. On the contrary! Most people do not like it at all. But I sleep peacefully at night and do not waste my time on hypocrisy.

What do you think about money? What is their influence on your life? What is your advice to people who often ask themselves questions related to money and how sufficient they are?

I don’t think about money at all! For me, they are just a means to pay for the supermarket, necessities for the children, and travels. I am not focused on them; I am excited about completely different things. I would tell people that money will never be enough for them. In the end, a person stretches according to their blanket!

What is the most valuable career advice you would give to people?

Never give up!!! Because success may be just around the next corner. The secret is hard work, persistence, and a lot of love! Do everything as if it is the most important thing in the world!
