After the success of the first edition of Afterwork Business Dating, attended by 250 people - entrepreneurs (40%), managers (25%), freelancers (15%), directors (10%) and executives (10%), the organizers announce the second event, which will take place on:

The first meeting, held on January 20, 2026, set a strong start for the format with a discussion panel on the topic “Motivation or self-motivation - which is more important?” – a debate in which managers and entrepreneurs presented different perspectives on a key business topic.

The panel included:

• Zhivko Todorov, Executive MBA – financial expert with over 25 years of experience in the banking sector and corporate governance;
• Alexander Durchev, PhD – founder and CEO of All Channels Communication, president of ICCO Europe with over 25 years of experience in communications;
• Tsvetelina Nikolova – expert in strategic management and entrepreneurship, creator of Merréh Cosmetics and L’Ambassade de Katarzyna;
• Dr. Antonina Kardasheva, PhD, DSc – expert in emotional intelligence and psychology, national coordinator of ISEI;
• Todor Dimitrov – owner and managing director of “Sofiyska Banitsa”, part of Quadracorn;
• Liliya Karamancheva – general manager of Queisser Pharma Bulgaria | Doppelherz Bulgaria with 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector

The evening offered not just a panel, but a real clash of ideas, personal examples, and real management cases that provoked active participation from the audience.

Among the special guests were:

• Viktor Asenov - the first blind mountain ultramarathon runner in Bulgaria and one of the few in the world to complete the international challenge Everesting. His story of the strength of spirit, trust, and overcoming boundaries shook the hall and provided a new perspective on the meaning of motivation. 

  

• Hristo Kaftandzhiev - one of the leading Bulgarian and European experts in advertising and marketing communications, author of 10 books and a lecturer with over 30 years of experience. He focused attention on consumer motivation - how they make decisions and what truly drives them.

The highlight of the evening was also the format “Hidden coaching” with Radoslava Koseva - an emotional and practical moment that turned part of the audience into active participants in the process of awareness and personal development.
