YOUNG LIONS BULGARIA 2026 – PR

The global competition for youngand creativeand PR talentis open for participation

In 2026, BAPRA, in partnership with BACA – the official representative of LIONS for Bulgaria, once again gives a stage to the next generation of communication leaders with YOUNG LIONS BULGARIAPR – the national round of one of the most prestigious creative competitions in the world.

Often referred to as “The Olympics of Creativity”, Young Lions Competitions have been gathering the most talented young professionals from around the world for over 30 years to test their skills, ideas, and courage under the pressure of a real brief and tight deadlines. Participation in the competition is not just a contest, but an opportunity for professional visibility, inspiration, and belonging to the global creative community.

The category Young Lions PR Competition is aimed at young professionals working in PR agencies, PR departments of communication agencies or in specialized internal PR teams of companies. Teams of two participants have 24 hours to develop a strategic and creative PR solution based on a real client brief.

“When you are at the beginning of your professional journey, it is crucial for someone to give you a stage. Young Lions is exactly that — an opportunity to believe in yourself, to test your limits, and to discover your own strength in communications. For BAPRA, it is a priority to develop the environment and create opportunities that raise the standard of the industry in Bulgaria.” – shares Iva Grigorova, chairperson of BAPRA.

The winning team will represent Bulgaria at the international final during the Cannes Lions festival, between June 22–25, 2026. The prize - accreditation for Cannes Lions and a trip to Cannes, France – will be provided by BAPRA. Accommodation in Cannes for the duration of the competition will be covered by the winning team.

Participation in the international final often becomes the first step towards an international career, global awards, and recognition in the industry.
