CareerDailyNews and SofiaTalks join forces in support of young leaders

https://careerdailynews.com/ will be a media partner of the 3rd consecutive event of SofiaTalks – SofiaTalks Business Bootcamp, which will take place on November 16, 2025, at Sofia Tech Park!

SofiaTalks is the largest youth conference in Bulgaria, bringing together students, young professionals, and aspiring leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. The event offers two parallel tracks — StartUp for startup projects and SkillUp for professional skills development and personal branding. Participants will meet leading specialists, successful businesses, and mentors, and will engage in practical workshops, competitions, and networking sessions. Additionally, SofiaTalks also organizes thematic formats such as “SofiaTalks Health” — focusing on a healthy lifestyle through lectures and discussions with experts. The goal is to create a platform where young people not only draw inspiration and knowledge but also connect with each other, build ideas, and realize their potential.

In 2025, together with its establishment on May 22, 2025, the platform CareerDailyNews.com launches an inspiring initiative under the motto “What is the most important career advice you have ever heard in your life?”. As part of it, the team decided to invite the organizers and supporters of SofiaTalks to participate and share their personal messages and experiences. Among the common themes stand out the courage to step out of the comfort zone, the value of perseverance, the power of proactivity and the importance of meaning over success at any cost. Many of them emphasize the importance of self-awareness and networking as part of personal and professional growth. These messages prove that young leaders are no longer just seeking “success,” but a balance between goals, values, and development — and this is their new formula for career happiness.
