On July 27, you turn 50. What do you tell yourself on this day?

I tell myself a simple "Thank you". To my parents, my family, my brother, to friends, to all the people who have lent me a hand over the years, believed in me, or simply walked beside me at the right moment.

I do not see 50 as a reckoning, but as a new beginning. If the first 50 years were about building the foundations, the next will be a time for bolder ideas, more meaning, and even more people with whom to create value.

Today, I do not count the years. I count the people, the meetings, the lessons, and the moments that have made me the person I am.

What have the first 50 years taught you?

That people are always more important than projects. Projects can be successful or unsuccessful, they can end, but relationships, trust, and a good reputation remain.

I learned something else - great successes rarely come from one big move. They are the result of thousands of small right decisions made with consistency, patience, and respect for people.

Over time, I realized that life rewards not the loudest, but the most consistent.

What does success mean to you today?

Years ago, I would probably have talked more about professional achievements. Today, success for me starts with health, continues with a healthy family, and ends with the smiles of my wife and our five-year-old twins - a girl and a boy.

After that come professional successes. I believe that one should never stop believing that the best is yet to come, regardless of age.

For me, true success is being a good person, a true professional, and not losing the humanity within yourself, no matter what your standard of living is. The respect you receive as a person is always more valuable than any title.

What place does family hold in your life?

It is my center. Whatever professional goals I set, the most important thing is to return home in the evening to the people who give meaning to everything else.

My wife is the person who is always by my side, and our twins are our greatest inspiration. Every day we strive to pass on the best of ourselves to them – not just knowledge, but also values, respect for people, respect for work, honesty, and kindness.

Our biggest dream is for them to become a much better version of us - both as people and as professionals. If that happens, we will know we have succeeded as parents.

How important are parents to the person you have become?

Extremely important. If today people see discipline, respect, honesty, and consistency in me, a large part of that is the result of the upbringing I received from my parents. They never stopped supporting me, regardless of the periods I went through. They gave me not only security but also the freedom to dream and walk my own path. I will always be grateful for their attention, unconditional support, and the example they set for me. Parents are our first teachers, and their lessons last a lifetime.

What is the most valuable investment you have made?

Without hesitation - in people. In conversations, in relationships, in trust.

Money can help a project, but people turn it into something meaningful. I have always believed that true capital is not in the bank account, but in how many people would trust you again. Trust cannot be bought. It is earned with time, consistency, and attitude. And that is the investment with the highest return.

In the last five years, you have conducted over 3000 interviews. What have you learned from all these meetings?

I learned that behind every title is a person with their fears, mistakes, victories, and doubts. Successful people are very different in character, but almost all share one quality - persistence. I also realized something else - the most interesting stories begin when the conversation stops being an interview and turns into a real human dialogue. After more than 3000 interviews, I increasingly believe that there are no "small" people. Every person carries a story that can change someone’s life.

Is it difficult to earn people's trust during an interview?

I think people sense when there is genuine interest on the other side, and not just a list of questions. I have always been open, honest, and natural in my conversations. I easily dissolve the distance, whether I am talking to a student, an entrepreneur, a minister, a professor, or someone just starting their professional journey.

For me, the interview is never an interrogation. It is a meeting between two souls, where respect, trust, and human conversation are the most important.

After so many interviews, is there a question you never stop asking?

Yes - “What decision changed your life?”

Almost always, this question reveals the person behind the success. Titles impress, but decisions tell the real story. It is in these moments that the conversation becomes the most sincere and valuable.

I believe that our lives are not defined by the dozens of daily choices, but by the few big decisions that find the courage to change our direction.

What does a day in your life look like?

Every day is like a surreal movie – ten of my clones act in parallel, and in the evening they plan the next moves. Meetings, interviews, ideas, writing, organizing, new projects... The pace is high, but that is what energizes me. I enjoy creating, thinking, starting new things. And yet, the most important part of the day remains the time with my family. It reminds me why everything else makes sense.

When do you feel the richest?

When someone tells me: “Thank you, this interview helped me.” Or: “This story inspired me to take the next step.”

This has no financial value, but it has enormous human value.

True wealth is not what you possess, but what you leave behind in the lives of others.

What would you never do in business?

I would never sacrifice trust for short-term gain.

Reputation and a good name are built over years, but can be destroyed in minutes. That is why I have always chosen the harder, but honest path.

For me, success never justifies the means. It is much more important how you reached it.

Is there a formula for success?

I do not believe in universal formulas. But I believe that it is not necessary to do something new and unheard of - it is enough to do it better than others. Consistency, quality, attention to detail, and respect for people always find their place. The world does not always reward the loudest ideas, but almost always rewards well-done work.

What is your greatest professional advantage?

Curiosity. It constantly drives me to ask questions, listen carefully, and learn from every person, regardless of their age, profession, or life experience.

I think I easily find common ground with people. I love conversations and am genuinely interested in their stories. Perhaps that is what helps me dissolve the distance so quickly.

What would you say to 25-year-old Biser?

I would tell him to be more relaxed. Not to worry that things are not happening fast enough. The best opportunities come when you are already prepared for them. And one more thing - not to be afraid of mistakes. They are costly, but often the best teachers.

And what would you like people to say about you in 20-30 years?

Not that I have created a successful media outlet or a good business. I would like them to say that I was an honest person, that I kept my word, and that I helped more people believe in themselves. If I leave behind more opportunities than I found, I will consider that I have fulfilled my mission.

And one last question - what’s next?

The most interesting part is yet to come. I still believe that the best idea is yet to come, the most meaningful conversation has not yet taken place, and the strongest story is yet to be told. At 50, I do not close a chapter. I start a new one - with even more energy, experience, gratitude, and curiosity about life.
